Sanjeev Patel is an Advocate practising in civil, criminal and commercial matters. He has experience appearing in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, and District Courts across the NCR. His areas of interest include litigation in civil and commercial matters, criminal matters, corporate and commercial law, arbitration, constitutional law, service matters, and employment disputes.
He is a law graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. Before entering the legal profession, Sanjeev worked for over a decade in the banking sector, including in managerial roles. His experience in banking gave him practical exposure to financial systems, banking operations, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, risk management and client handling. This professional background also gives him a practical understanding of the commercial and financial aspects of legal matters.
With experience in both law and banking, Sanjeev brings a practical and commercially informed approach to legal issues. His work involves legal research, drafting, case preparation and courtroom advocacy, with a particular focus on developing sound legal strategy and clear, effective drafting.
