He graduated from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and chose to specialize in labour laws and service matters.
Ritesh practices in Armed Forces Tribunals, Central Administrative Tribunals, and the Punjab & Haryana High Court. As an ex-serviceman, he possesses deep knowledge of military and paramilitary intricacies and procedures, which is essential when handling matters involving defense personnel. Additionally, he works in the fields of banking and insurance laws, educational laws, administrative laws, and criminal law.
