Aatmaram Choudhary is an integral part of our Criminal and Commercial Practice. He has extensive experience and expertise in Constitutional Law, Service Law, Labour Law, Family Law, the Negotiable Instruments Act, and the Land Acquisition Act. Aatmaram regularly represents clients in various statutory court proceedings and has a thorough understanding of Indian civil, criminal, and commercial laws. He is adept at drafting Special Leave Petitions, Writ Petitions, Transfer Petitions, and other legal documents.

Aatmaram has worked extensively and represented clients in the Supreme Court of India and the Jharkhand High Court, handling over 100 court proceedings. He is a keen and enthusiastic individual with the ability to interpret, draft, and negotiate legal documentation to provide the highest quality of service. Aatmaram communicates professionally and presents legal and commercial matters effectively.

He has drafted and argued LPAs, Writ Petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, Criminal Appeals, including death references, revisions, quashing matters, Second Appeals, First Appeals, suits, and more.
