Achint Priya is a litigation associate with experience in civil, commercial, and criminal law matters. A graduate from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Campus Law Centre, she has assisted in proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, consumer forums, and district courts. Her practice includes legal drafting, court appearances, case strategy, and research across diverse areas of litigation, including cheque dishonour matters, constitutional remedies, commercial disputes, and consumer law. She has also contributed to drafting Special Leave Petitions, writ petitions, commercial suits, and arbitration-related proceedings.
